Adult Primary Care focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of non-surgical conditions in adults. Most of SWC's Adult Primary Care physicians are Internal Medicine trained (internists); our Family Practitioner only sees adult patients. We coordinate the care of complex medical problems with medical and surgical sub-specialists. We take care of a range of illnesses from urgent issues such as the common cold, skin infections, and influenza, to chronic illnesses such as asthma/COPD, chronic kidney disease, dementia, depression, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, preventative medicine, and much, much more. A majority of our Adult Primary Care providers still round on their own inpatients at Baptist Princeton Hospital at a time where this is becoming a rarity. We also have an Urgent Care nurse practitioner who is able to see our established patients on a same-day or walk-in basis.

"I have been an oncology patient at SWC for over 6 years. In no particular order I want to express my sincere thanks to the staff for the empathy, patience, and compassion they have selflessly extended to their patients during some of our most difficult days. What you do isn't easy nor is it taken for granted. It is a true calling that God placed on your hearts and I like so many others would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU! It's people like you that make it easier for people like me to keep fighting."
